The technician stopped inspection once he noticed the hole in the front frame. These holes legally can't be patched or welded unless by a licensed, certified structural welder. REPLACING THE FRAME IS LITERALLY THE ONLY OPTION. The car is licensed presently and drivable. It cannot be sold safely; it is only as is. The car has over 10k spent on it in 3 years.
