2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, has been sitting for some years. Was a Hallcon Van prior to me purchasing used to shuttle employees. Van starts but runs rough. Stuck in park, shift linkage is seized. Manually move it to change gears but requires some strength. Still has catalytic converter and I have TOD. Make me an offer, will need to be winched and towed.
